Give me back my tokens

Today I finally reached level 16, the day I finally have enough to buy the 100% mythical box. But of course, when I click the stupid button, the game quits me out. And when I log back in, I see my tokens reduced by 100. What the heck! Please give me back my GEMS! If all I getting back is a "Im sorry" note, then I will no longer support this game and I will not be looking forward to spread the "good" news of this game. Thank you for listening.
